Is staging the Home / Rental important?

Absolutely! A staged home is capable of placing the viewer into the living space. According to a recent survey from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals staging helps sell homes three to 30 times faster than the non-staged competition. Further, staging can help increase the sale price by up to 20% on average.

How long will it take for the photos to be delivered?

We guarantee a 48hr turnaround time (except for weekend shoots), but most often you will get them within 24hrs.

How are the images delivered?

We deliver the files via a wetransfer.com (wetransfer.com)download link. There will be 2 folders: MLS / Web optimized + Print / Full resolution

The images will be in JPEG format.

Do you do aerial photo / video?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We are certified by the FAA to commercially operate a drone. 
Both 'Upgrade' and 'Premium' Packages include drone photos.

While we don't currently offer many video options for the any of the 'Upgrade' or 'Premium' Packages there is an included 60 second social media video which can include a few drone shots.

Do you do Twilight or Sunset sessions?

Yes! We do offer Twilight or Sunset sessions for the fee of $225

We also offer Simulated Twilight Photos which are accomplished by editing a 'Day' photo in Photoshop *main exterior photos only for the fee of $75 per photo.

Question 7

Will you replace the sky if it is Overcast / Cloudy?

Accepted Answer

There will be times services cannot be completed due to weather.

In those circumstances, the decision about shooting is up to the agent. If the agent chooses to proceed with photography I will provide the best images I can.

If additional outdoor photos are required on a better weather day, a re-shoot fee will apply or I can Photoshop in a different sky for an additional fee of $25 per photo.

Question 8

Are you able to Photoshop out (remove) certain parts of a photo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is amazing what you can achieve in Photoshop, that being said we do not like being dishonest. The results of proper staging are far better than any amount of Photoshop.
