Our package combines the best of 'The Basic' and 'The Upgrade' with added features to make your property stand out. Our Professional Photographers are FAA Certified Drone operators to using top of the line equipment to capture Aerial images. In addition to being Matterport 3D tour specialists, which give prospective buyers 24/7 access to your property. This unique perspective and convenient viewing option has been shown to sell properties faster. This package includes up to 35 interior and exterior photos, 5-10 aerial photos, a 60-second social media walk-through, and a 1-month free hosting of the Matterport 3D tour. With optional add-ons like simulated twilight photos and rush services, we help you showcase your property to its fullest potential. Note: A $50/hr travel fee may apply for locations beyond 30 miles and 1 hour of travel. A weekend session and larger property fees may also apply. This package is designed for homes up to 3000 sq. feet.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: If Client cancellation of this Agreement prior to 1) the Property shoot or 2) within one (1) month of this agreement, Client will pay any expenses incurred and a twenty-five (25)% cancellation fee. For Client cancellation within two (2) days of the Property shoot, Client is responsible for 100% of the fee and any expenses incurred. Weather Policy: There will be times services cannot be completed due to weather. In those circumstances, the decision about shooting is up to the agent. If the agent chooses to proceed with photography I will provide the best images I can. If additional outdoor photos are required on a better weather day, a re-shoot fee will apply or I can Photoshop in a different sky for an additional fee. No reschedule fee will be charged in the event of bad weather. Reschedules will be subject to availability.
