The Premium Package builds on 'The Upgrade Package'. With not only the combination of Professional Quality Lenses, Camera, techniques and Aerial Photos captured via a drone flown by an FAA Certified Pilot... but you also will get a 3D tour captured via Matterport Technology with 3 months of hosting included ($30/month after that). The AirBnb / VRBO Premium package builds on 'The Basic' and 'The Upgrade' with the inclusion of not only Aerial (Drone) coverage but also the newest addition to our 'tool kit'... a Matterport 3D Tour! 3D walkthroughs give potential renters 24/7 access to your home. This feature gets more eyes on your listing to help it rent quicker and more often! Better yet it gives potential renters a much better understanding of all the amazing things your listing has to offer. Includes: Up to 35 Photos - Interior + Exterior 5-10 Aerial (Drone) Photos captured by an FAA Certified Operator 60 second 'walk through' for Social Media Matterport 3D walkthrough tour which includes 3 months of free hosting *$50/month 30 miles of Travel is included in cost *If the drive is more than an hour a $50/hr fee will apply Optional add-ons: Evening Sunset Session - $225 Simulated Twilight Photos *main exterior photos only (done in Photoshop) - $75 per photo 'Green Grass' *main exterior photos only (done in Photoshop) - $50 per photo Rush Service (Early morning of the following day delivery) - $75 Potential Fees: Weekend Session can be made available upon request *Weekend Fee - $75 Travel Fee (Beyond 1hr or 30 miles) - $50/hr This package is suitable for a Home of up to 3000 Sq. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: If Client cancellation of this Agreement prior to 1) the Property shoot or 2) within one (1) month of this agreement, Client will pay any expenses incurred and a twenty-five (25)% cancellation fee. For Client cancellation within two (2) days of the Property shoot, Client is responsible for 100% of the fee and any expenses incurred. Weather Policy: There will be times services cannot be completed due to weather. In those circumstances, the decision about shooting is up to the agent. If the agent chooses to proceed with photography I will provide the best images I can. If additional outdoor photos are required on a better weather day, a re-shoot fee will apply or I can Photoshop in a different sky for an additional fee. No reschedule fee will be charged in the event of bad weather. Reschedules will be subject to availability.
