This innovative feature provides potential buyers with 24/7 access to your property, increasing visibility and reducing the need for in-person viewings. For homes up to 3000 square feet, our 3D walkthrough package offers a comprehensive virtual tour solution. A one-month hosting period is included, with an option to extend at a nominal fee of $35 per month or choose the yearly option of $275 for a savings of $145. *larger homes can be accommodated at a larger fee. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: If Client cancellation of this Agreement prior to 1) the Property shoot or 2) within one (1) month of this agreement, Client will pay any expenses incurred and a twenty-five (25)% cancellation fee. For Client cancellation within two (2) days of the Property shoot, Client is responsible for 100% of the fee and any expenses incurred. Weather Policy: There will be times services cannot be completed due to weather. In those circumstances, the decision about shooting is up to the agent. If the agent chooses to proceed with photography I will provide the best images I can. If additional outdoor photos are required on a better weather day, a re-shoot fee will apply or I can Photoshop in a different sky for an additional fee. No reschedule fee will be charged in the event of bad weather. Reschedules will be subject to availability.
