With more and more homebuyers are searching for properties online, top quality photos are more important than ever. In fact, more than 90 percent of Americans go online to shop for property. They say a picture is worth a thousand words but when it comes to your MLS photos, the right photographer, camera, and photos can be worth thousands of dollars. Includes: Up to 10 Exterior Photos 30 miles of Travel is included in cost *If the drive is more than an hour a $50/hr fee will apply Optional add-ons: Evening Sunset Session - $225 Simulated Twilight Photos *main exterior photos only (done in Photoshop) - $75/photo 'Green Grass' *main exterior photos only (done in Photoshop) - $50/photo Rush Service (Early morning of the following day delivery) - $75 Potential Fees: Weekend Session can be made available upon request *Weekend Fee - $75 Travel Fee (Beyond 1hr or 30 miles) - $50/hr This package is suitable for a Home of up to 3000 Sq. Feet - additional fee will apply to anything larger
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: If Client cancellation of this Agreement prior to 1) the Property shoot or 2) within one (1) month of this agreement, Client will pay any expenses incurred and a twenty-five (25)% cancellation fee. For Client cancellation within two (2) days of the Property shoot, Client is responsible for 100% of the fee and any expenses incurred. Weather Policy: There will be times services cannot be completed due to weather. In those circumstances, the decision about shooting is up to the agent. If the agent chooses to proceed with photography I will provide the best images I can. If additional outdoor photos are required on a better weather day, a re-shoot fee will apply or I can Photoshop in a different sky for an additional fee. No reschedule fee will be charged in the event of bad weather. Reschedules will be subject to availability.
